With its delightful fruitiness and maturity, the 2022 white Rully Les Villeranges offers a very pure Chardonnay with a chalky aspect, opening up to well-crafted woody nuances. Enhanced by this luxurious oak framework, it develops a round and ample texture, perfectly balancing maturity and freshness. A highly pleasing and particularly flavorful Rully, ideal for pairing with fish or cheeses.Vinification:
Hand harvested, pneumatically pressed. Alcoholic fermentation over 4 weeks, in French oak barrels for half the harvest.Aged for 16 months with regular stirring of the lees in oak barrels, including 10% new wood, for 50% of the harvest, and in stainless steel tanks for the remaining 50%.
