Wine:

Sourced largely from the family’s own vineyards and the young vines of the famed Clos des Mouches, the 2018 White Côte de Beaune mirrors the elegance of its illustrious counterpart. Grown on top-tier clay-limestone soils with a light texture, the Chardonnay reveals exceptional finesse. A carefully judged barrel aging—20% new oak—enhances its delicacy and purity. The result is a true delight, with notes of honey, almond, and lemongrass that will evolve over time into aromas of toasted hazelnut. This is a stunning white to enjoy now—or to cellar for a few more years if you prefer greater depth and complexity.

Hand harvested, aged in oak barrels (20% new) for 12 months.

Certified organic and biodynamic wine.

Pale, bright golden yellow.

Honey aromas mixed with notes of lemongrass and almond.

Palate:

Pure and delicate, with a touch of fruit, let yourself be carried away by the elegance of its ageing and its exceptional finesse.
