Wine:

The 2020 white Burgundy-Chardonnay Laforêt combines a fresh, floral nose with hints of almond and a delicate, elegant oakiness with a full-bodied consistency, attesting to the maturity and richness of the vintage. The whole is dynamic, clean, fresh, and rich at the same time, with delicate bitters. It is a very beautiful wine, appreciable for its balance and its Burgundian typicity.

Vinification:

Purchase of grapes and musts from partner suppliers.
Slow pneumatic pressing, settling.
Aged in vats for 7 to 8 months, and a part from the best sources in barrels of 1 to 2 wines.

Bright gold.

Nose:

Fresh, marked by floral and white almond notes, underlined by a delicate and elegant woodiness.

Palate:

Fresh and ample with delicate aromas of fruit, this wine of good consistency offers a rich and dynamic juice, punctuated with delicate bitters.

Temperature:

Serve between 10 and 12°C.

Food and wine pairing:

Aperitif, roasted or creamed white fish, seafood platter.

Cellar aging:

From now until 2028.
