The 2023 white Vézelay La Châtelaine bursts with youthful fruit that captivates with its power. This wine is full of energy, offering a fresh and dynamic profile with a delicate bitterness. It opens with a fresh nose, featuring citrus notes and a subtle smokiness reminiscent of Chablis. This white is crisp, invigorating, and harmoniously round—perfectly enjoyable as an aperitif or paired with seafood. A true delight!

Vinification:

Hand-harvested, whole grapes pneumatically pressed.
Alcoholic fermentation in stainless steel tanks with indigenous yeasts, aged on lees for 8-10 months.
