Wine:

A blend of three renowned lieux-dits, the 2020 red Beaune 1er Cru opens with beautiful aromas of black cherry and ripe fruit, surrounded by delicate oak, in a solar yet fresh register. The rich, full-bodied structure, in turn, delivers a very fine, precise, and flavorful palate, which stretches out admirably in the finish with plenty of freshness. A very beautiful 1er Cru that can be enjoyed slowly over the decade. Rated 94/100 by the Selection Committee.

Vinification:

Hand harvested, fermented with indigenous yeasts.
Aged in oak barrels.

Intense, brilliant red.

Nose:

Fresh and sunny at the same time, marked by black cherry aromas and highlighted by delicate oak.

Palate:

Sappy and full-bodied, with round flavors of fruit, this wine offers fresh, precise and delicious juice.

Temperature:

Serve between 14 and 16°C.
