Wine:

The 2020 white IGP Ile de Beauté Campo di Magna is an exemplary Vermentino, where finesse, minerality, and freshness merge seamlessly. It opens with fresh lemon aromas, a crystalline structure, and liveliness, presenting a beautiful balance between delicate flavors and a slightly luxurious woodiness, making for an utterly captivating ensemble. This meticulously crafted cuvée, destined to evolve gracefully over the next five years, ends with a truly expressive finish. Vinification:

Hand-harvested. Parcel selection of old vines planted in 1964, grafted with Vermentinu in 2019. Vinification and ageing for 12 months on lees in foudres and demi-muids, followed by 7 months of mass ageing in stainless steel tanks. Production of 2,648 bottles.

Serve between 10 and 12°C in a large glass.
