The 2022 Alsace Grand Cru Furstentum Riesling delivers a refined, crystal-clear profile with citrus and dried floral notes, finishing with a vibrant touch of bitterness that promises graceful aging. This is a wine of exceptional purity and intensity, with a dynamic depth and long, persistent finish.

Vinification:

Hand harvested. Whole grapes pressed. Spontaneous fermentation, aged on fine lees.

Complex aromas of kumquat, yellow fruit, peach and mango with a hint of pepper.
