Wine:

A little Piedmont wonder, the 2021 Red Dogliani Terra opens with a fresh, subtle nose of red and black pit fruit, with a delicate hint of bacon. The juicy palate delights with its supple tannins and easygoing fruit; the restrained ageing preserves a fine balance and a simple expression of fruit, with a hint of spice on the finish.

Vinification:

Hand harvested from vines situated between 300m and 500m altitude. Vinification in stainless steel vats. Aged 6 months in vats.

Color:

Intense red with violet highlights.

Nose:

Fresh and subtle, with marked aromas of red and black pit fruits, underlined by a delicate touch of bacon.

Palate:

Juicy and bursting with fruit, this wine impresses with its supple tannins, restrained ageing for fine balance and simple expression of fruit. The lingering finish reveals a hint of spice.

Temperature:

Serve between 14 and 16°C.
