Vinification:

Hand harvested in October. Fermented for 22 to 30 days in stainless steel vats. Aged for 3 years in French and Slavonian oak barrels.

Color:

Intense garnet red.

Nose:

Expressive with aromas of cherry and crushed strawberry.

Palate:

A structure that is both fresh and warm, combining elegance with perfect balance.

Temperature:

Serve between 14 and 16°C.
