Wine:

With incredible intensity, the 2016 Red Amarone della Valpolicella stands as a pinnacle among Italy's finest wines. Produced only in exceptional years and sourced from the estate’s oldest vines, predominantly Corvina, this wine is aged for two years in a mix of new French and American oak barrels. It delivers a rich, full-bodied profile, layered with notes of dark fruit, tobacco, spices, and a hint of smokiness. This is a wine of immense potential, built to age beautifully for many years to come. Its sculpted beauty and generous character place it in a league of its own. Made from grapes dried for three months, with 100 kg of fruit yielding just 15 liters of this precious nectar, this is a bottle destined for the ages. Rated 97/100 by Parker.
