With immediate fruit pleasure, supported by a vintage of great maturity, the 2022 red Arbois Ploussard Brouille-Ménage maintains an excellent freshness. Its delightful flavors, carefully aged in large barrels and tanks, make it a versatile choice, perfect for pairing with poultry or charcuterie.Vinification:
Hand harvested in the morning. 40% whole grapes. Spontaneous fermentation in vats using indigenous yeasts, 20-day sulfur-free maceration. Aged for 10 months in foudres and barrels. Production of 9,999 bottles.Localities: En Fertans, La Vasée, Pré-Levrons (Montigny), Courçon, La Besivette (Arbois). Jura marl soils. Vines planted between 1952 and 1970, organically grown and undergoing certification since 2020.
