Wine:
Characterized by a well-defined, subtle, and graceful texture, the 2022 red Arbois Trousseau Vieilles Vignes is a delicate wine. With 50% whole clusters, it gains additional finesse, offering aromas of black cherry, crushed strawberry, and a refreshing hint of mint. The silky texture and precision of the fruit showcase a pure expression of the Trousseau grape.Vinification:
Hand harvested in the morning. 50% whole grapes. Spontaneous fermentation in stainless-steel vats using indigenous yeasts, 20-day sulfur-free maceration. Aged for 10 months in stainless steel vats. Production of 3,500 bottles.Localities: North side of Sauvagny and Le Clouzot (Montigny). Jura clay and limestone soils. Vines planted between 1962 and 1970, organically grown and undergoing certification since 2020.
