Presented in a Magnum, the 2022 red IGP Pays d'Oc Eve opens with a delicate, powdery nose of black fruit and peony. Luscious and juicy to perfection, the structure continues this fresh, taut register with a lively, fruity dynamic. Vinification:

Hand harvested, sorted and fully crushed, aged in stainless steel vats for 3 months.

Color:

Dark red with garnet highlights.

Nose:

Delicate and powdery, with notes of black fruit and peony.

Palate:

Delicious and juicy with bright flavors of fruit, this wine is both fruity and spicy, and can be enjoyed as an aperitif or to start a meal. A wine with delicate tannins underlined by a precise, fresh and crisp juice.

Temperature:

Serve between 16 and 18°C.
