Wine:

The 2022 white Carole Pays d'Oc IGP is a sumptuous duo of chardonnay and gros manseng, delivering lovely floral notes with a hint of exoticism and fresh mint. The palate is taut, crisp and precise, without lacking in maturity; a very refreshing, precise ensemble, perfect for large tables. This Magnum comes just at the right moment, the convivial format par excellence!

Vinification:

Night-harvesting, pneumatic pressing, cold settling, fermentation in stainless steel tanks (18°) and malolactic fermentation for 25%, aged for two months on fine lees in stainless steel tanks.

Bright light gold.

Nose:

Floral aromas mingle with notes of fresh mint and an exotic touch.

Palate:

Taut and precise, this wine is crisp and mature, offering a thirst-quenching, refreshing ensemble.

Serve between 10 and 12°C.
