The 2023 Cabardès Diane Rosé is an invigorating, crisp rosé, with lovely notes of green apple and fresh, light aromas. Subtle, it combines finesse and volume, with a delicate finish. Built around Grenache and Syrah grapes, with Cabernet Sauvignon and Cabernet Franc, this invigorating rosé is purely aperitif in nature, and can be paired with fish marinades or a seafood terrine.Vinification:
Harvest sorted and crushed. Fermented at 18°C in stainless-steel tanks, no malolactic fermentation, aged for 2 months on fine lees in stainless-steel tanks.For ecological reasons, this wine is sold without capsules.
