Wine:

The historical cuvée of the estate, the 2019 red Terrasses du Larzac Terre de Jonquières once again delivers its legendary silky texture and appreciated finesse of constitution. This fragrant red wine, marked by black fruits, spices, and flowers, ideally combines purity, precision, and finesse, all within an impeccable balance and superb depth characteristic of the vintage. It's a kind of Languedoc model, Cal Demoura style.

Vinification:

Harvested by hand. Aged by plot for 12 months in demi-muids, then blended and aged for a further 4 months in stainless-steel vats.

Certified organic wine.

Temperature:

Serve between 14 and 16°C in a large glass.

Food and wine pairing:

Herb-crusted prime rib, lamb stew, roast free-range guinea fowl, game dishes.

Cellar aging:

From now until 2028 and beyond for enthusiasts.
