A blend of two-thirds Carignan Blanc and Chenin, the 2019 IGP Pays d’Hérault White captivates with its vibrant fruit aromas, hints of garrigue, and a subtle honeyed touch. Crisp, pure, and taut, this is a superb southern white with remarkable freshness, showcasing complex flavors of candied lemon and delicate smoky notes. Hand harvested. Aged on lees in demi-muids for one year. Aged for 5 years.
