Wine:
At just 9% alcohol, the Vin de France Ze Bulle Rosé is an original sparkling wine that owes its effervescence to the gas generated during fermentation, reintroduced into the bottle without any additives. Composed of 90% Cabernet Franc, it opens with characteristic notes of cherry and bell pepper from the grape variety. This slightly sweet, invigorating, and smooth bubbly is a light and refreshing wine—fruity and crisp—perfect as an aperitif with foie gras toasts or as a dessert wine with praline brioche or ladyfinger biscuits. Pure pleasure!Vinification:

As of nowAn artisan from the Loire Valley with experience in the Jura, Bruno Ciofi heads a small négociant company called Béret et Compagnie. His range of biodynamic wines prioritizes local partnerships in Anjou to craft natural, organic, and delightful wines. In the cellar, his minimal intervention approach uses fermentations with indigenous yeasts and as little sulfur as possible. The result is a great success and doesn't lack humor, with bottles adorned with colorful labels and evocative names.
