Wine:

Driven by pure and very fresh fruity aromas, the 2023 Saumur-Champigny Clos de la Bienboire offers a primary and delicious expression of Cabernet. Its juicy and crisp flesh, fine tannins, silky character, and minimal extraction make it perfect for pairing with a fine pâté en croûte or country pâté with green pepper. An irresistibly charming wine, best enjoyed in its youth.

Vinification:

Hand harvested, totally de-stemmed, vinified and aged in vats without added sulfites.

Purple ruby.

Nose:

Fresh and pure, with notes of red and black fruits mixed with hints of graphite.

A juicy, crisp, fruity wine with delicate tannins.
