Wine:

The 2023 White Saumur opens with vibrant aromas and a crisp, elegant profile, offering a pure expression of dry Chenin Blanc. Bright and refreshing, this well-crafted wine is ideal as an aperitif and pairs beautifully with dry cheeses, raw fish, or sardine rillettes. A perfectly executed wine at an unbeatable price.

Vinification:

Hand harvested, totally de-stemmed, direct pressing, malolactic fermentation, aged 4 months on fine lees.

Certified organic wine.

Color:

Intense, bright pale yellow.

Nose:

Ripe white fruit and citrus aromas.

Palate:

The wine is fruity, dynamic and precise, with good tension and a chiselled finish.

Temperature:

Serve between 10 and 12°C.

Aperitif with seafood, scallop verrines with vanilla butter, Mediterranean sea bream, roast monkfish with shallot confit.
