Wine:

A floral and mineral wine, the 2022 White Muscadet Sèvre et Maine Sur Lie Les Vignes du Bourg offers beautiful notes of wisteria at first, quickly joined by a touch of citrus and fresh fruit. The mineral tension, and the light, crisp, and salivating palate form a well-tuned ensemble with a tasty core. It can be decanted to air it well before serving it with seafood and, of course, as an aperitif. A simple gourmet wine!

Vinification:

Hand harvested, aged 6 months on lees in concrete tanks.

Organic wine, certified.

Color:

Bright pale yellow gold with green highlights.

Nose:

A floral and mineral aromatic palette marked by notes of wisteria.

Palate:

Light and salivating, this wine is crisp with delicate hop flavors in the palate. A Muscadet that seems unprotected but well mastered!

Temperature:

Aerate before serving between 10 and 12°C.
