Wine:

What energy! The 2023 White Muscadet Sèvre et Maine La Grange is all about tension and freshness, with a vibrant minerality and a sleek, well-balanced structure. Bright citrus and white fruit notes bring clarity to this expressive, fruit-driven wine, which impresses with its purity, precision, and lingering, refined bitterness on the finish. A superb Muscadet, perfect for pairing with a well-prepared fish dish. Rated 92/100 by the Selection Committee.

Vinification:

Hand harvested, whole grapes pressed in a pneumatic press, fermentation and ageing on lees in underground concrete tanks covered with glass paste tiles. Bottled in October 2024.

A beautiful minerality mixed with notes of citrus and white fruit.

Palate:

This fruity wine is frank and direct, with lovely tension and freshness, revealing a noble bitterness on the delicate palate.
