For more than 20 years, Vincent Carême’s reign over the Vouvray appellation has been supreme. Adept of dry, tapered, taut wines, capable of aging wonderfully, he asserts himself today as one of the most faithful ambassadors of the Loire Valley.

Organic farming, biodynamic treatments, aging in barrels and tuns… all these techniques produce wines of great depth and balance. The two types of terroir, between flinty clay and limestone, allow subtle variations around the Chenin grape variety, whether it is vinified dry, sweet or sparkling. Each of his wines are amongst the best in their category, a perfect representation of the genius and brilliant style that is Vincent Carêm’s winemaking.
