Wine:

The 2022 white Touraine S des Poëte is a Sauvignon Blanc that's both ripe and fresh, characterized by scents of wisteria and citrus, with an intense aromatic expression. The palate is sharp, very refined, tense, elegant, and tangy, with the wine gliding over sparkling fruit. Without woody artifices, it's an airy and digestible white, tactile, with fine and incisive juice. Ideal with seafood or shellfish. Rated 92+/100 by the Committee.

Vinification:

Mechanical harvest, blend of two terroirs: caillottes and silex, vinified and aged in stainless steel vats for 15 months.

Color:

Bright, light gold.

Nose:

After aeration, notes of wisteria and citrus emerge.

Palate:

This wine has a fresh, taut, dynamic profile, with delicate, sharp juice.

Temperature:

Serve between 10 and 12°C.
