Wine:
A blend of different terroirs, the 2021 red Chinon Tradition finds its balance in the diversity of its origins. Between the freshness of the gravel, the consistency of the clay-limestone and the finesse of the flint, it produces a salient wine, expressing ripe Cabernet grapes that are concentrated and rich, but without any excess. In this high-energy vintage, the wine has a great deal of finesse and freshness, with the graphite signature of the great terroirs. A superb price-pleasure, to drink or aging.
