Vinification:

Hand-harvested, indigenous yeasts, aged on lees: 70% in wooden vats and 30% in temperature-controlled stainless-steel vats. Unfiltered wine.

100% organic and biodynamic estate, no certification required.

Bright, light golden yellow.

Nose:

White fruit and citrus aromas.

Palate:

Delicious and fresh, this wine has a delicate, juicy structure, revealing a generous, perfectly balanced palate.

Serve between 10 and 12°C.
