Awarded 2 stars by RVF, Les Poëte has quickly become one of the Loire’s most ambitious estates. Guillaume Sorbe’s dedication to crafting remarkable whites from Quincy and Reuilly is unmatched; few wines in the region reach this level of precision and complexity.
A former sommelier who honed his skills at top establishments, Sorbe returned to his family vineyards to pursue excellence on his own terms. With a small 6-hectare estate and a meticulous, almost garden-like approach to viticulture, everything here is about quality. Sorbe is truly redefining what Loire wines can be.
