Fresh and invigorating, the 2021 White Sancerre Origine skillfully handles this racy, chiseled vintage. The nose opens on notes of green apple and juicy pear, with a crisp, chalky side. It remains lively and sharp and extremely light and seductive. One would almost think it was a New Zealand Sauvignon! To be enjoyed with oysters or a seafood platter.Vinification:
Hand harvested, fermented for 3 to 4 weeks in stainless steel tanks, aged for 6 to 9 months on fine lees with more or less frequent stirring of the lees.HVE certification.
