Wine:

The 2022 Pouilly-Fuissé Secret Minéral White (Magnum) is a true standout, combining chalky density with vibrant length. Subtle aging enhances its purity, revealing a fresh, floral nose with remarkable clarity. On the palate, it’s both rich and refined, striking a perfect balance of flavor and structure. The depth and finesse are undeniable, with a persistent, saline finish that leaves a lasting impression. Rated 96/100 by the Selection Committee, this is a wine of exceptional stature and elegance.

Vinification:

Hand harvested. Whole grapes pressed. Vinified with indigenous yeasts and matured 75% in barrels of 1 to 8 wines and 25% in stainless steel vats. Bottled on 15 November 2023.

Nose:

Fresh and floral, very pure and beautifully mature

Palate:

Savoury, rich and well-balanced, this wine offers finesse and depth with an energetic, persistent and saline finish.

Temperature:

Serve between 10 and 12°C in a large glass.

Seafood, smoked Scottish salmon, scallop carpaccio, Livornese-style sea bass, mature cow's cheeses, Saint-Félicien, farmhouse reblochon.
