The 2022 Côtes de Provence Prestige Caroline Rosé is a radiant rosé with orange and coppery hues. Dominated by Tibouren, it reveals a nose of blood orange and spices, set against a floral backdrop. This unique rosé is exceptionally complex, with a broad, precise texture that is delicate yet rich, offering a juicy, refreshing mid-palate. The finish is marked by lovely bitterness and a more candied undertone. A timeless rosé, ready to be enjoyed now and potentially even better in a few years. It pairs beautifully with Mediterranean cuisine, such as a roasted pepper salad with olive oil.Vinification:
Hand harvested from 40-year-old Tibouren plots, directly pressed, chilled in stainless steel vats, then vinified and aged in 300-liter barrels for 8 to 10 months.Color:
