Wine:

A benchmark for Provence rosé, the 2023 Côtes de Provence Whispering Angel Rosé is a true expression of the Mediterranean. Crafted from a blend of select grape varieties, it delivers vibrant fruit and exceptional freshness. The nose is pure and inviting, with bright citrus notes and a touch of white pepper. On the palate, it is lively and crisp, with a delicate bitterness adding finesse to the finish. Perfect as both an apéritif and a food-friendly rosé, it pairs beautifully with fried seafood and grilled dishes. Rated 92/100 by the Selection Committee.

Vinification:

Mechanical harvesting, destemming and light crushing, no maceration, fermentation and vinification carried out in stainless steel vats with temperature control.
