Wine:

Made primarily from Grenache, the 2023 Côtes de Provence Côté Presqu’île Rosé is an irresistibly charming and fruit-forward rosé. Bursting with aromas of red berries and a hint of candied sweetness, it unfolds with subtle layers and a delicate touch of vanilla for an extra indulgent twist. Lively and refreshingly straightforward, this is a rosé that’s made to accompany your entire meal, from start to finish.

Vinification:

Grapes from all the Côtes de Provence terroirs, both continental and maritime. Pressing and fermentation at low temperature. No malolactic fermentation.

Wine from a négociant.

Color:

Pale pink with pastel shades and a hint of copper.

Nose:

A delicate, pure flavour characterised by dominant notes of Granny Smith apple mixed with red fruit flavours.

Palate:

This rosé is clean, delicious and beautifully fresh, with a tangy, crisp texture.

Temperature:

Serve between 8 and 10°C.

Food and wine pairing:

As an aperitif, with seafood, mixed salads, grilled fish or vegetable salads.
