Minuty - Côtes de Provence - Prestige - Rosé - 2022

Wine:

Made from a selection of grapes from the property and the appellation, the 2022 Côtes de Provence Prestige Rosé wine captures the identity of the Provence region with style. Its fresh and pure nose, with a light floral touch, the acidic palate punctuated with fresh fruit and citrus flavors, with a nice lemony and iodized aftertaste, make up a refined and tonic rosé wine, to be drunk as an aperitif or with a pissaladière or grilled meats.

Vinification:

Grapes coming from a selection of the terroirs of Provence and from some parcels of the property. Selection of free-run juice and press juice, cold pressing and fermentation, no malolactic fermentation.

Color:

Bright pale rosé with pearly reflections.

Nose:

Fresh with frank aromas marked by citrus, white and red fruits.

Palate:

This rosé is fresh, clean and dynamic with nice iodine and lemon notes on the finish.

Temperature:

Decant before serving between 10 and 12°C.

Food and wine pairing:

Aperitif, grilled meat, grilled fish.

From now until 2025
