Wine:

The 2023 Côtes de Provence Rosé is a pure delight, opening up with intense floral flavors. Its dynamic, fresh, and tangy character comes naturally, revealing delicate and precise fruit, while maintaining a solid structure. A slight vinous accent indeed gives it body and richness, making it a perfect pairing for fish or shellfish, or even grilled white meats. In a Magnum format, the pleasure is doubled!

Vinification:

Hand-harvested, entirely destemmed, direct pressing except for the Syrah which is vinified by bleeding, 95% vinified in temperature-controlled stainless steel vats and 5% in barrels with stirring.

Color:

Very pale rosé with very slight copper highlights.

Nose:

Pure and fresh, with intense floral flavors.

Palate:

This dynamic, fine, precise rosé reveals a slight vinous accent that gives it body and fullness. A rosé to enjoy now!
