Minuty - Côtes de Provence - Cuvée Rose et Or - Rosé - 2022

Wine:

In a modern register, the 2022 Côtes de Provence Rose et Or Rosé is light, acidulous, and lively, with beautiful bitters on the finish, punctuated by fresh flavors of fruit, from citrus to granny apple. All the sunshine of Provence is summoned here in the bottle! Best served as an aperitif, with raw or marinated fish or a strawberry salad with basil.

Vinification:

Hand harvested, free-run juice selection, grapes from the three main terroirs of the estate (schist, clay and sand), cold pressing and fermentation. No malolactic fermentation.

Wine certified in High Environmental Value Agriculture.

Color:

Bright light pink.

Nose:

Pure and delicious, with ripe fruit flavors such as vine peach, pear and melon.

Palate:

Fresh and pure , this rosé is ample, light, fruity, and of a beautiful finesse.

Temperature:

Serve between 8 and 10°C.

Food and wine pairing:

Aperitif, seafood, raw or marinated fish, fish soup, bouillabaisse, spicy cuisine, strawberry salad with basil.
