The 2022 white Condrieu La Vieille Maison is an ideal Viognier, with ripe aromas of bergamot and light toast from aging, complemented by fresh, creamy notes. The ample and rich juice calls for elegant food pairings, making it a perfect Condrieu for the table, ideally suited for dishes like fish, fera, or Arctic char. Whole grapes pressed. Fermentation begins in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks, and ends in 228-liter oak barrels. Temperature-controlled throughout alcoholictemperature-controlled alcoholic fermentation, slow extraction of aromas. Aged in wood for 12 months.
