Wine:

The Committee's favorite, the 2022 Red Crozes-Hermitage Petite Ruche delivers the full expression of its grape variety, in a mature, accomplished style, with black fruit, smoke and spice notes. Vinified and aged in cement vats, with no addition of oak, it unfurls a generous, full-bodied structure, where you can really bite into the grapes. The silky, ripe, enveloping tannins support this cheerful harmony, delivering instant gratification. Drink now, or over 5 years for connoisseurs.

Vinification:

Vendemmia manuale, vinificazione in tini di cemento con 2 rimontaggi al giorno per 3 o 4 settimane dopo la fermentazione alcolica, affinamento in tini, imbottigliamento nell'autunno successivo.

Color:

Hand harvested, vinified in cement vats with 2 pump-overs a day for 3 to 4 weeks after alcoholic fermentation, aged in vats, bottled the following autumn.

Nose:

Great purity, with notes of grilled bacon.

Palate:

Generous and full-bodied with rounded fruit, this wine with its coated tannins delivers a seductive juice of fine consistency.

Temperature:

Serve between 14 and 16°C.
