Ripe fruit aromas, subtle hints from barrel ageing, generous texture, and a refined touch of bitterness on the finish come together to create a sophisticated, food-friendly white with impressive length.

Vinification:

Hand harvested in crates. Separation of the first juices. Fermentation in barrels for one year then maturing in concrete tanks for 6 months. No fining or filtration.

Bright golden yellow.

Nose:

Of beautiful aromatic purity, marked by notes of yellow and white fruits underlined by a light oaky touch and fine notes of linden.

Palate:

Dynamic and balanced, this wine is rich and precise, with a nice persistence and a delicate bitterness on the finish.

Temperature:

Serve between 10 and 12°C.
