Wine:

The 2021 red Saint-Joseph Nobles Rives offers a beautiful expression of Rhône Syrah, with smoky touches and a hint of toast. Half aged in wood, the wine remains youthful and fresh, with a dynamic and well-proportioned palate featuring smooth tannins. A classic from the region.

Vinification:

Hand harvested, totally de-stemmed. Fermentation in temperature-controlled stainless-steel or concrete vats, vatting for 20 to 25 days using gentle extraction methods.
pumping over 1 to 2 times a day.
Aging of 50% of the harvest in vats, and the remaining 50% in 400L barrels of several wines.

Color:

Carmine-garnet red.

Nose:

Aromas characteristic of Syrah, with smoky, toasty notes.

Palate:

Fresh and youthful, with dazzling fruit, this wine offers well-proportioned, dynamic juice and smooth tannins.

Temperature:

Serve between 14 and 16°C.

Caillette ardéchoise, pigeon with truffles, Saint-Marcellin.
