The 2022 White Châteauneuf-du-Pape Roussanne Vieilles Vignes, supported by perfect ripeness and partial aging in new oak, showcases notes of honey, white peach, and melon in a vibrant blend of balance, intensity, and freshness. This outstanding southern white is rich, ripe, and precise, with no heaviness, delivering exquisite length and subtle hints of spice, honey, and lemon. Vinification:

Hand-picked in crates, pneumatically pressed. Traditional vinification. Aged for 8 months, 30% in barrels and 70% in vats.

Color:

Deep, luminous golden yellow.

Nose:

Seductive and gourmet, with aromas of ripe fruit, even slightly stewed apricot and peach, underlined by honeyed notes.

Palate:

Dense and complex, the palate is rich and opulent, with a silky texture and beautiful flavors of beeswax and citrus.

Temperature:

Serve between 10 and 12°C.
