This sublime wine showcases impressive power and richness, with notes of blood orange, stone fruits, cherry, and dried herbs. Aged for 20 months in large foudres and crafted from the renowned Crau plateau, it offers remarkable depth and, above all, elegance. Graceful yet full-bodied, it celebrates Grenache (85%) like never before. Perfect with game dishes and built to age beautifully for 10 years. Vinification:

Hand harvested in 18 kg crates. Maceration for 25 to 35 days in concrete vats. Aged for 20 months in tuns on lees.

Intense, brilliant garnet red.

Nose:

Powerful aromas of blood orange, cherry and maquis grass.

Palate:

A velvety tannic structure reveals remarkable depth on the palate, led by Grenache, culminating in an exceptional finish.
