Wine:
Freshness and purity are indeed present! The 2021 red Châteauneuf-du-Pape displays pulpy fruit with a well-managed tannic structure, excelling in what was a challenging vintage. The fresh identity of the year is well preserved and skillfully conveyed in a blend dominated by Grenache, comprising three-quarters of the mix, yet it remains deliciously inviting. The palate is approachable and friendly, the wine is digestible, relying less on the power typical of sunnier years but gaining in fruit expression. We adore this hedonistic style!Vinification:
