True to a classic profile, it showcases beautifully ripened Grenache with notes of cherry and dark fruits, complemented by balsamic and spicy tones, along with hints of dried herbs, wild scrubland, and bay leaf for a distinctly southern character. The style is both elegant and refined, with perfectly controlled power and exceptional balance. Vinification:

Hand harvested. 80% de-stemming. Traditional vinification. Matured in vats.

In the classic style of the appellation, with aromas of black cherry, red fruit, spices, maquis herbs and a hint of balsamic.

Palate:

A generous, powerful, and velvety structure, with soft tannins and a touch of refreshing acidity, delivering a perfectly harmonious balance.
