Wine:
Full-bodied, ripe and concentrated, the 2021 Red Vacqueyras Azalaïs blends Grenache with Syrah as well as Mourvèdre, Carignan, and Cinsault grapes in a nice complexity. It is a powerful, intense, and nuanced wine of great substance, which will age happily and will find an unstoppable way to match with a beautiful rib of beef or a steak with pepper sauce.Vinification:
Hand harvested, low yield (18hl/ha). Traditional vinification in concrete vats with daily pumping over, 100% destemming of the grapes. Aged for 12 months in tuns.Certified Organic (Ecocert) and Biodynamic wine.
