Full of energy and tension, taking full advantage of this straight and energetic vintage, it imposes itself without constraint, in a slender profile, with a slight honeyed and toasted accent. Hand harvested, alcoholic fermentation control, vinification and maturation in new oak barrels for 2/3 of the juice and in one-wine barrels for 1/3.Color:
