Wine:

The 2023 White IGP Collines Rhodaniennes Bituit et Maximus, made from pure Marsanne, reveals a fresh and vibrant character with ideal ripeness. Vinified and aged without any oak influence, this crisp, energetic white wine carries subtle notes of apricot and offers great balance. It’s the perfect companion for an aperitif or a selection of goat cheeses.

Vinification:

Hand-harvested and mechanical, vinified in temperature-controlled stainless steel vats and aged on fine lees for 6 to 7 months in stainless steel tanks.

Color:

Pale yellow with green highlights.

Nose:

Apricot flavors mingle with notes of white fruit.

Palate:

This perfectly ripe wine unfurls its fresh, sparkling juices on a balanced, dynamic whole.

Temperature:

Serve between 10 and 12°C.

Food and wine pairing:

Salmon ceviche with avocado, tartines of crabmeat or crayfish with tzatziki, brochettes of langoustine tails or gambas with preserved lemon.
