Wine:
Entirely vinified in large wooden foudres, the 2022 Châteauneuf-du-Pape Red is a wine of remarkable elegance and balance. Its blend—featuring Mourvèdre, Grenache, Counoise, and local varieties, along with 20% white grapes (Roussanne and Clairette)—captures the true spirit of the appellation. This combination helps soften the alcohol, resulting in a beautifully layered wine with silky tannins and a long, refined finish. In Magnum format, it promises even greater aging potential and a more generous, convivial experience. Rated 94/100 by Parker.Vinification:
