Wine:

A model of pure and elegant Viognier, the 2022 white Condrieu Jardin Suspendu displays beautiful fruity notes in a remarkable balance. Supported by a generous use of oak, it maintains a fresh and distinguished profile, well-structured, enhanced by a fine length and lots of class. What a beautiful juice!

Vinification:

Hand-harvested, whole bunch pressed.
Vinification in 15 hl tuns, demi-muids and stoneware jars. Aged for 12 months.

Color:

Bright golden yellow.

Nose:

Fresh, ripe aromas of exotic fruits.

Palate:

Full-bodied and fruity, this pure, elegant cuvée offers a fresh, elegant juice with a fine, long finish.

Temperature:

Serve between 10 and 12°C.

Food and wine pairing:

Scallops with curry, sweetbreads with cream, crème brulée with foie gras.

Cellar aging:

From now until 2030, and even longer for enthusiasts.
