Wine:

The renowned single-vineyard 2020 white Hermitage Chante-Alouette is a fantastic introduction to this exceptional terroir—and much more! Its rich nose reveals aromas of beeswax, honey, yellow and white fruits, with delicate hints of oak and vanilla. On the palate, the wine stays true to its origins, offering great depth, richness, and texture, reflecting the warmth of the vintage. The honeyed notes are beautifully balanced by a mineral bitterness on the finish. A sumptuous wine! Perfectly paired with refined dishes like creamy poultry, morels, salmon koulibiac, or well-aged cheeses such as comté, reblochon, or tomme from the Aravis. Rated 95/100 by our Selection Committee.
