The 2019 Red Côtes du Roussillon Villages is another triumph. Sourced from the slopes of the Agly Valley and crafted without any oak influence, it delivers bold, mouthwatering flavours with notes of black fruits and cherry. This wine is full-bodied, structured, and generous, yet retains a vibrant freshness, perfectly capturing the essence of Roussillon’s terroirs in a beautifully balanced Mediterranean style. An excellent choice to pair with grilled or slow-cooked meats.Vinification:
